Your first session is a comprehensive discovery call where we explore your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. We'll discuss your history, current situation, and create an initial roadmap for our work together. This session typically lasts 75-90 minutes.
Most clients see meaningful results within 8-12 sessions spread over 2-3 months. However, the duration depends on your goals and the depth of change you're seeking. Some clients prefer ongoing support, while others achieve their goals in our shorter packages.
While therapy often focuses on healing past traumas and mental health conditions, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We work on goals, habits, and strategies for moving forward. If therapeutic support is needed, we can provide referrals to qualified therapists.
We offer both options to accommodate your preferences and schedule. Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing, making coaching accessible no matter where you are. In-person sessions are available in the Seattle area.
We understand life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to our cancellation policy, which we'll discuss during onboarding.
