About ThriveForward Coaching
Empowering individuals to build resilience, navigate transitions, and thrive

Meet Your Coach
I am a healthcare and behavioral‑health professional dedicated to understanding the human experience through the lenses of trauma, culture, and resilience. With more than two decades of experience in trauma‑informed care, domestic‑violence intervention, and behavioral support, my work is rooted in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and communities heal.
My academic path reflects this passion: I earned my B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science in 2022, followed by my M.A. in Psychology in 2024, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience. These studies strengthen my ability to explore how trauma—historic, individual, collective, global—shapes human behavior, relationships, and community wellbeing.
I have a profound interest in historical trauma, international and global trauma, and the ways generational memory, social context, and lived experience influence identity and long‑term healing. My year living in Islamabad and Lahore deepened my commitment to global mental‑health work and expanded my understanding of cross‑cultural resilience and recovery.
In addition to my clinical and research background, I serve as a relationship‑recovery coach, supporting individuals as they navigate healing from unhealthy relational patterns, rebuild self‑trust, and cultivate healthier connections. My approach integrates trauma‑informed principles with practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, and boundary‑setting.
Resilience training is at the center of my current work—empowering clients and communities to rebuild internal resources, strengthen coping strategies, and move forward from adversity with confidence and clarity.
Across all of my roles—counselor, educator, community liaison, mentor, and coach—I strive to create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing journeys. I am driven by a belief that recovery is possible, that resilience can be learned, and that every person carries the capacity for meaningful change.
